When I heard that Joe had passed I pictured him in my mind when we were in the 6th grade. He was always smiling, laughing and cuttin' up.He was not just a cousin, he was my friend,too. May God bless you and comfort you as only He can. There's not many Osbornes' here in Kentucky. When we hear of one of our own who has gone to be with the Lord, it brings back good memories of what a big family we all were. You are in my thoughts and prayers. I know that Joe will be missed by many friends and family. Love, Cill

I am so sorry. I thought of this passage as I think about life... John Chapter 14 1 Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. 2 In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. Just talking with my sister and trying to come up with a few words to describe how Joe was always making you laugh and was always being silly, whoever wrote, "contagious smile", you nailed it. you will be missed Joe, and you will never be forgotten. RIP.
