I served w/Larry in the Sturgis National Guard , He saved my sorry butt BIG TIME , once ! He was a good friend

and he came down w/Dale Shultz and spent the night here. Last couple years we would talk on the phone and I

always enjoyed our talks. We will all miss Larry . .................................................Jim

So sorry and very sad to hear of Larry's passing. He was always so upbeat, no matter what he was going through - broken knees - life's burdens. He cared about others so much; the best kind of friend to have. He and Lynn spent a lot of time under cars in their younger days. They are probably working on something up there right now, with a cold one nearby. Miss hearing his laugh - what a guy... May the Good Lord especially bless his heartbroken family.

The world lost a great guy in Larry's passing. He and Vanita are responsible for my greatest gift in my life, my wife Carol. Through our friendship in the Guard I came across a friend who helped me thru a bleak time in my life and brought me my greatest joy. To his family know that he will be missed by many friends and we all send our condolences to you all. Tom and Carol Baker
