Dear Zach and Shannon: We are so sorry to hear of your mother's passing!! We have been friends with your parent before you were even born. Our first house as a married couple was your parents rental cottage at the lake. I remember us debating whether we could even afford the rent at $95 a month (Haha). I'm glad we decided for it because that was the beginning of a lot of good memories and a lifelong friendship. Barb and I were expecting our babies at the same time. You two were friends with my sons and played together until we moved to Texas. We kept in touch all these years and your Mom always kept us informed about you. We will miss hearing from her, but she lives on in you, and we look forward to following you on Facebook. God bless you Zach and Shannon! Maggie and Skip Carroll

Shannon, Zach and family, Barb and I were co-teachers in my first year of teaching. Barb had many talents and love for teaching. Barb was, also, my dear friend. We shared many memories together. I will, always treasured those memories in my heart. She was very supportive, proud of and loved her family very much. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Dear Shannon, Zachary and family. I was heartbroken when I received the new that your dear mother had passed away. I am so thankful for the times I was fortunate to share with Barb and loved her with all my heart. More recently, she, my husband and I, shared a wonderful dinner with Marlee and Tom, Marda and Barb this past September. My heart aches for your loss but please know I am here for you always. I hope you enjoy the photos that I posted here and please know that I will be giving you these, and many others, to share and enjoy. I love you all and am keeping you in my thoughts and prayers.
