I want to start out by saying it had been a great pleasure taking care of bill. My memories with him were great and we laughed a lot. Deb,Diana,Dave that you so much for ur patients. One memory in general with your dad was him always trying to get me to take a drink with him and flirting. He will be missed i love you all.

I just found out yesterday so it was too late for me to come to the funeral or funeral home but please know that me thoughts and prayers and with you.
